I’m Csilla Kiss, an Executive Business Coach and Chief of Staff with over 10 years of experience in management consulting, banking, and the life sciences startup space. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the human side of leadership, focusing on the soft skills and emotional intelligence that are crucial for success in dynamic environments.
